Q: How do you remove the outlet hose?
A:
You need to drain the engine coolant and remove the outlet hose from the fender clip and the outlet hose clamp from the following components: Heater core, Water shut off valve, and Tee fitting. Disconnect the outlet hose from the heater core, and remove the outlet hose mounting screw, the outlet hose from the generator bracket, and the outlet hose clamp from the water pump. Then disconnect the outlet hose from the water pump.

Q: How do you install the outlet hose?
A:
You need to connect the outlet hose to the water pump and install the outlet hose clamp to the water pump, the outlet hose to the generator bracket, and the generator bracket mounting screw. Connect the outlet hose to the heater core and install the outlet hose clamp to the heater core and the outlet hose to the tender clip. Then add the engine coolant and drain and fill the cooling system.

You will be needing a heater line quick connector separator.

Q: How do you install the inlet hose?
A:
You need to push the hose into the connector until the retainer tabs lock, pull back on the hose to verify the proper engagement, and connect the inlet hose to the heater core, the water shut-off valve, or the tee fitting. Install the inlet hose clamp, the inlet hose mounting screw, and the inlet hose to the fender clip. Then add the engine coolant and inspect the system for leaks.
