Q: How to remove the Fuel Injector?
A:
You need to disconnect the negative battery cable and relieve the fuel system pressure. Then you need to remove the upper intake manifold assembly and the fuel meter body assembly. After that, you need to remove the injector assembly retainer and the injector retainer lock nuts. Finally, you need to push with a small tip punch down between the injector terminals until the injector is removed while pulling the poppet nozzle tube downward.
