You need to install the valve pushrods and the valve rocker arm supports, and you need to apply prelude GM P/N 12345501 (Canadian P/N 992704) or equivalent to the following valve rocker arm contact surfaces. Then you need to install the valve rocker arm assemblies, and rotate the crankshaft balancer to position the crankshaft balancer alignment mark 57-63 degrees clockwise or counterclockwise from the engine front cover alignment tab. After that, you need to tighten the valve rocker arm bolts. Finally, you need to install the valve rocker arm cover.
