Q: How to remove the Thermostat?
A:
You need to partially drain the cooling system, remove the throttle body bracket nuts and reposition the bracket. Then you need to remove the water outlet housing mounting bolts, the water outlet housing, the gasket or O-ring, and the thermostat. After that, you need to clean all the sealing surfaces of the water outlet housing. Finally, you need to clean the sealing surface on the lower intake manifold.
