You can install the new O-ring seals, grasp the edge of the expansion (orifice) tube, install the condenser tube, install the vacuum brake booster, evacuate and recharge the system, inspect the A/C system for leaks, install the cross vehicle brace and install the air cleaner and duct assembly.

The procedure is to remove the air cleaner and duct assembly and the cross vehicle brace, recover the refrigerant, remove the vacuum brake booster, the condenser tube, and the expansion (orifice) tube and inspect the expansion (orifice) tube.

A:
The procedure is to disconnect the battery negative cable, remove the right side instrument panel insulator, disconnect the electrical connectors, disconnect the Blower Motor Resistor electrical connector, loosen both forward screws, remove the rearward screw and remove the blower motor resistor.
Q: What is the recommended torque when installing the heater core line clamp screw?
A:
You can tighten the Heater Core line clamp screw to 1.5 Nm (13 lb in).
Q: What is the removal procedure for the heater pipe (inlet)?
A:
The procedure is to drain the cooling system, remove the fuel injector sight shield, disconnect the heater inlet hose, position aside the Heater Hose clamp, remove the pipe adapter mounting bolt and remove the pipe adapter.
