Q: How do you install the drive belt tensioner?
A:
You can lubricate the thermostat bypass upper and lower pipe assembly seals, install the drive belt tensioner and the drive belt tensioner bracket bolts, connect the heater hose adapters with heater hoses to the drive belt tensioner, install the generator, the drive belt, and the coolant recovery reservoir, fill the cooling system with engine coolant and connect the battery ground (negative) cable.

Q: What is the removal procedure for the drive belt tensioner?
A:
The procedure is to disconnect the battery ground (negative) cable, drain the engine coolant, remove the coolant recovery reservoir, the drive belt, and the generator, disconnect the heater hose adapters and remove the drive belt tensioner bracket bolts, the drive belt tensioner and the thermostat bypass upper and lower pipe assemblies.
