2000 Chevrolet Monte Carlo Exhaust Heat Shield

The procedure is to remove the fuel injector sight shield, the engine mount struts and the exhaust crossover pipe, disconnect the left spark plug wires, remove the oil level indicator tube bracket and remove the Exhaust Manifold heat shield, the engine lift hook, the exhaust manifold, and the exhaust manifold gasket.

You can install the exhaust Muffler, connect the exhaust muffler rear hanger insulators to the exhaust muffler, install the exhaust muffler, inspect the exhaust system for leaks and underbody contact, remove the support from the exhaust system and lower the vehicle.

You can install the new Exhaust Pipe rear hanger bracket, install the exhaust pipe rear hanger screw, install the exhaust pipe rear hanger insulator and lower the vehicle.
