You can install the fuel level sender, reinstall the fuel sender assembly, tighten the fuel fill cap, connect the negative battery cable, inspect for fuel leaks and install the fuel injection sight shield.

You can position the new fuel sender assembly O-ring on the fuel tank, reinstall the fuel sender assembly and the fuel sender assembly retaining snap ring, connect the fuel sender electrical connector, the fuel tank pressure sensor electrical connector, and the quick-connect fittings, reconnect the negative battery cable, tighten the fuel filler cap, inspect for leaks and install the fuel sender access panel, the fuel sender access panel retaining nuts, the rear compartment trim panel, and fuel injection sight shield.

The procedure is to relieve the fuel system pressure, remove the modular fuel sender assembly and remove the fuel level sensor.
