A:
You can install the accelerator cable into the vehicle, slide the accelerator cable through the bulkhead, install the snap retainer, connect the accelerator cable through the slot in the accelerator pedal lever, seat the snap retainer in the accelerator pedal lever, check for complete throttle opening and closing positions, connect the accelerator cable to the throttle body lever, connect the accelerator cable to the accelerator cable bracket, install the accelerator cable, install the left instrument panel sound insulator and install the injector sight shield.

Q: How do you replace the accelerator controls cable?
A:
You can remove the injector sight shield and the left instrument panel sound insulator, disconnect the accelerator cable, squeeze the accelerator cable cover tangs, push the accelerator cable through the bulkhead, disconnect the accelerator cable from both retaining clips, disconnect the accelerator cable from the throttle body lever, disconnect the accelerator cable from the accelerator cable bracket and remove the accelerator cable from the vehicle.

You can reinstall the two bracket bolts, connect the wiring harness clip to the bracket, connect the accelerator cable to the bracket, connect the cruise control cable to the bracket, check for complete throttle opening and closing positions, and install the fuel injection sight shield.
