The proper way is to install the clutch coil to the compressor, install the clutch coil wire retainer to the compressor, install the pressure plate to the compressor drive shaft, install the pressure plate washer and a new nut to the compressor drive shaft, and then install the compressor to the vehicle.

Q: What is the removal procedure for the compressor clutch coil?
A:
The procedure is to remove the compressor from the vehicle, remove the pressure plate bolt arid the washer from the drive shaft, remove the clutch pulley from the compressor, remove the clutch coil snap ring using the snap ring pliers, and then replace the clutch coil.
