A:
The proper way is to lubricate the seal on the MAP sensor vacuum port with clean engine oil, install the MAP sensor into the intake plenum, secure the MAP sensor to the intake plenum with the 2 bolts, and then connect the electrical connector to the MAP sensor.

A:
The proper way is to inspect the accelerator pedal free play with the throttle valve closed, loosen the accelerator cable locknut at the Throttle Body bracket, turn the accelerator cable adjusting nut in order to obtain the specified accelerator pedal free play, make the accelerator pedal free play is within the specified value, install the accelerator cable locknut, tighten the accelerator cable locknut to 23 N.m (17 lb-ft), and then adjust the height of the accelerator pedal stop (1) in order to obtain the specified accelerator cable end play.
Q: What is the removal procedure for the air filter element?
A:
The procedure is to release the 4 retaining clips on the air cleaner cover, disconnect the EVAP system vent hose from the air cleaner cover, lift the air cleaner cover, and then remove the Air Filter element.
Q: What is the proper way to install the intake manifold?
A:
The proper way is to install the new Intake Manifold gasket to the cylinder head, install the washer and the banjo fitting to the rear end of the fuel rail, install the washer and the banjo fitting to the rear end of the fuel rail, and then install the air cleaner hose.
