Q: How to install the thermostat?
A:
The proper way is to install the thermostat in the described position to the cylinder head, install a new thermostat O-ring, install the thermostat housing, install the A/C compressor and secure it with three bolts, install the radiator hose and clamp to the thermostat housing, and then install the radiator cap.

Q: How to remove the thermostat?
A:
The proper way is to remove the three bolts and position the A/C compressor aside, remove the radiator hose clamp from the thermostat housing, remove the radiator hose from the thermostat housing, remove the three bolts and the thermostat housing, and then remove the thermostat and the O-ring from the thermostat housing.
