You should remove the rear heater A/C module, the thermal expansion valve, the air distribution valve vacuum actuator, and the HVAC base cover. Next, you should separate the HVAC module case halves, lift the evaporator core from the module half and remove the insulator seal from the evaporator core.

You should remove the heater A/C module, the air inlet housing, the heater/defrost valve vacuum actuator, the heater A/C module retaining screws, the heater A/C module seal, the evaporator core, the evaporator core seals, and the evaporator core water core filter.
