2000 Chevrolet Venture Exhaust Heat Shield

First, you should remove the throttle body air inlet duct, drain the engine coolant, and then disconnect the inlet radiator hose. Next, you should remove the following parts: the right engine mount strut bracket, the thermostat bypass pipe, the Exhaust Manifold heat shield, the exhaust manifold, and the exhaust manifold gasket.

You should install the Muffler and exhaust pipes, the exhaust hanger insulators, the rear axle tie rod, the new catalytic converter gasket, and the catalytic converter nuts.

The recommended torque is 35 Nm (26 ft. lbs.).
