You should raise and suitably support the vehicle, remove the nuts from the Y-pipe flat flange, the nuts, studs, and flange seals, the take-down, and the resonator assembly.

A:
You should install the new flange seals the new studs and the new nuts connecting the Y-pipe, catalytic converter assembly to the exhaust manifold. And then you should position the Y-pipe and the resonator assembly to the flat flange, install the nuts to the flat flange studs, check for clearance and alignment and lower the vehicle.
