A:
You should raise the vehicle, support the vehicle, remove the tire and wheel assembly, remove the brake drum and remove the stud from the axle flange.

Q: How do I install the Wheel Stud (Semi-Floating Axle)?
A:
You should start the new stud into the axle flange hole by pressing firmly with your hand, thread the lug nut on the stud with the flat side of the lug nut to the vehicle, and tighten the lug nut to draw the stud into the rear of the flange, thread the lug nut off the stud, install the tire and wheel assembly, install the brake drum and lower the vehicle.

Q: How do I replace the Wheel Stud (Full-Floating Axle)?
A:
You should press the wheel studs out of the hub flange, press the new wheel studs into place, make sure of a tight fit and when replacing all of the wheel studs, make sure that the hub oil deflector (if equipped) is in position under the wheel bolt heads.
