You will need to place the EGR gasket between the EGR Valve and the intake manifold EGR mounting location, insert the flange bolts through the EGR valve and gasket into the mounting holes, connect the EGR valve harness connector, install the air cleaner assembly and connect the negative battery cable.

The removal procedure is to remove the engine cover, remove the EGR pipe bracket retaining fastener, loosen the pipe fittings at both ends of the EGR pipe and remove the EGR pipe.
