The removal procedure is to remove the air cleaner assembly, remove the air cleaner outlet duct from the throttle body, install a 3/8 inch drive wrench on the drive belt tensioner arm and rotate the arm counterclockwise, remove the drive belt, slowly release the tension on the drive belt tensioner arm.

The installation procedure is to route the belt over all the pulleys except the tensioner arm and then observe drive belt routing for vehicles without air conditioning.
