Q: How to install the EGR valve?
A:
You will need to place the EGR gasket between the EGR valve and the intake manifold EGR mounting location, insert the flange bolts through the EGR valve and gasket into the mounting holes, connect the EGR valve harness connector, install the air cleaner assembly and connect the negative battery cable.

Q: How to remove the EGR valve?
A:
You will need to disconnect the negative battery cable, remove the air cleaner assembly, move the air cleaner outlet duct aside, disconnect the EGR valve harness connector, loosen the EGR flange bolts then remove the EGR valve and gasket.
