Q: How do you remove the generator mounting bracket?
A:
You can disconnect the battery negative cable, remove the engine cooling fan, the drive belt, and the generator, then remove the engine wiring harness bracket from the generator mounting bracket, and remove the drive belt tensioner, the drive belt idler pulley, and the two bolts and nut holding the generator mounting bracket to the engine, slide the generator mounting bracket off of the stud.
