A:
The installation procedure is to insert the new lamp bulb and the socket into the control assembly, secure the new lamp bulb and the socket to the control assembly by turning the bulb clockwise 1/4 turn then install the control assembly.

Q: How do you remove the lamp bulb and the socket?
A:
You can turn the lamp bulb and the socket counter-clockwise 1/4 turn (The bulbs are located behind the heater control, at the top edge of the assembly), then gently lift the lamp bulb and the socket out of the control assembly.

The installation procedure is to connect the electrical connectors and the vacuum connectors to the control assembly, align the tab on the control assembly with the slot in the instrument panel, pivot the control assembly into the instrument panel, install the screw to retain the left edge of the control assembly and tighten the screw to retain the left edge of the control assembly to 2 N.m (18 lb in), lastly install the instrument cluster trim plate.

A:
The installation procedure is to install the Blower Motor Resistor into the case, install the screws that retain the resistor to the case, and tighten the screws that retain the resistor to the case to 2 N.m (18 lb in), next install the electrical connector and the left body side rear trim panel.
Q: How to remove the auxiliary heater core?
A:
You will need to drain the engine coolant, remove the body side front lower trim panel, remove the clamps from the auxiliary heater pipes, disconnect the auxiliary heater pipes from the auxiliary heater module, then remove the screws and the band clamp from the right and left sides of the Heater Core, finally remove the heater core and the seals.
Q: How to remove the auxiliary heater front pipes?
A:
You will need to drain the engine coolant, raise the vehicle, remove the front pipes, the bolts that retain the front pipes to the body, and the clips that retain the front pipes to the body, then remove the auxiliary heater front pipe from the Heater Hoses and remove the auxiliary heater front pipes.
