You can insert the new control arm bushings into the control arm, use the J9519-23 as shown install the upper control arm bushings into the control arm, install the upper control arm, and tighten the nuts with the control arm at Z height to 190 Nm (140 ft. lbs.), install the tire and wheel, and check the wheel alignment.

You can raise the vehicle, remain the floor jack, support the lower control arm with safety stands, remove the tire and wheel, the upper control arm, and use the J9519-17 as shown to remove the upper control arm bushings from the control arm.
