Q: How do you install the compressor pressure relief valve?
A:
You can lubricate the O-ring of the new pressure relief valve using the new 525 viscosity refrigerant oil, install the pressure relief valve, evacuate and recharge the system using the J 39500-B, leak test the system, and install the engine cover.

You can install the bypass valve into the vehicle, connect the heater inlet pipe and the outlet pipe to the bypass valve, install the hose clamps using the J 39529, fill the engine coolant, and verify that the system has no leaks.
