Q: How to remove Valve Stem Oil Seal and Valve Spring?
A:
You can remove the valve rocker arm covers, and the spark plugs, install the J 22794 into the spark plug hole, apply compressed air to hold the valves in place, install the valve rocker arm nut, compress the valve spring, remove the valve stem keys, release the valve spring tension, remove the J 5892-D or the J 38606, the valve spring cap and valve spring, the valve stem oil seal.

A:
You can select the proper valve stem oil seal for the specific valve guide, install the valve spring and the valve spring cap, compress the valve spring, use the J 38606 if clearance does not permit the use of J 5892-D, install the valve stem keys, use grease to hold the valve stem keys in place, release the valve spring pressure, making sure the valve stem keys stay in place, then remove the J 5892-D or the J 38606 and the J 23590, install the spark plugs, the valve rocker arm covers.
