Q: How to remove the electronic brake control module?
A:
You can turn the ignition switch to the off position, remove the red locking tab from the connector lock tab, push down the lock tab, disconnect the EBCM harness connector, remove any dirt/debris that has accumulated on the assembly, the four EBCM to BPMV retainers, and separate the EBCM from the BPMV by gently pulling apart until separated.

A:
You can clean the BPMV surface with alcohol using a clean rag, install the EBCM to the BPMV, the four retainers that attach the EBCM to BPMV, connect the EBCM harness connector, insert the red locking tab back in place, and turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.
