A:
You can open the fuel filler door, remove the fuel filler cap, and the bolts from the fuel filler pocket at the fuel filler neck, apply tape to the opening around the fuel filler pocket, and remove the fuel filler pocket using a small flat-bladed tool, pressing down and out from the top edge of the fuel filler pocket.

Q: How to install the fuel filler neck?
A:
You can install the fuel filler pocket to the fuel filler neck, press in until the fuel filler pocket is fully seated to the quarter panel, install the fuel filler neck bolts, remove all tape from the fuel filler pocket opening, and close the fuel filler door.

Q: How to remove the fuel filler hose?
A:
You can drain the fuel tank, remove the fuel filler cap, and the fuel filler pipe attaching screws from the fuel filler pocket, raise the vehicle, loosen the Fuel Filler Hose clamp at the fuel filler pipe, remove the fuel filler pipe attaching screw from the underbody, and the fuel filler pipe.
Q: How to remove the fuel level sensor?
A:
You can remove the fuel sender assembly, the retaining clip from the Fuel Level Sensor harness connector, disconnect the fuel level sensor harness connector, the fuel pump harness connector, and squeeze the locking tangs and remove the fuel level sensor from the fuel sender.
Q: How to install the fuel rail?
A:
You can oil the fuel injector O-rings with clean motor oil, place the fuel rail assembly on the intake manifold, seat the fuel injectors by hand, install the fuel rail hold-down bolts, connect the 6 fuel injector electrical connectors, the fuel feed, the vacuum line to the Fuel Pressure Regulator, the ignition coil wires, and install the fuel injection sight shield.
