Q: How to remove the air door actuator/motor?
A:
You can remove the instrument panel compartment, the right instrument panel insulator, the HVAC control vacuum valve, disconnect the vacuum line from the recirculation actuator, lift to release the recirculation actuator retaining tab, and slide off the mounting bracket, and disconnect the vacuum actuator plunger rod from the recirculation lever and remove the recirculation actuator.

A:
You can connect the recirculation actuator plunger rod to the recirculation door, then extend the plunger, push the vacuum actuator toward the HVAC control module case to secure the retaining tab, connect the vacuum harness connector to the recirculation actuator, install the HVAC control vacuum valve, the instrument panel compartment, and the right instrument panel insulator.
