Q: How to install the wheel cylinder?
A:
You can apply Loctite GM P/N 12345382 or equivalent to the wheel cylinder shoulder face that contacts the backing plate, position the wheel cylinder, install the wheel cylinder mounting bolts, remove the plugs from the brake pipe ends, install the bleeder valve, the brake shoes, the brake drum, the brake hydraulic system, and the tire and wheel assembly.

A:
You can remove the tire and wheel assembly, the brake drum, the brake shoes, the dirt and foreign material around the wheel cylinder, the bleeder valve, the brake pipe fitting from the wheel cylinder, the wheel cylinder mounting bolts, and the wheel cylinder.
