You need to relieve the fuel pressure, disconnect the negative battery cable, remove the PCV valve and the hose and the 3 bolts, and the intake manifold brace, disconnect the electrical connectors from the 4 Fuel Injectors and the vacuum hose from the fuel pressure regulator, remove the fuel feed hose, the fuel return hose from the fuel rail return pipe, the 2 bolts from the fuel rail, the fuel rail, and the 4 fuel injectors.
Q: What is the removal procedure for the fuel level sensor?
A:
You need to remove the fuel sender assembly from the fuel tank, disconnect the electrical connector for the Fuel Level Sensor from the fuel sender assembly, depress the retaining tab, and slide the fuel level sensor assembly down to remove the sensor from the fuel sender assembly.
