Q: What is the removal procedure for the heater case/cover?
A:
You need to remove the Instrument Panel (IP), drain the engine cooling system, remove the clamps and the heater hoses from the heater core at the bulkhead, disconnect the air duct from the heater case, remove the 2 bolts, the 2 nuts and the heater case, remove the heater case retaining clips and the 2 screws, separate the heater case halves, disassemble the doors and the linkages.
