You need to disconnect the spark plug wire of the faulty ignition coil from the spark plug, disconnect the electrical connector from the faulty ignition coil, remove the 2 bolts that secure the #1 ignition coil or the #2 ignition coil to the valve cover, remove the #1 ignition coil or the #2 ignition coil, and disconnect the #1 spark plug wire or the #2 spark plug wire.
