You need to remove the plastic retaining clips and the hatchback door inner trim panel, disconnect the rear wiper motor electrical connector, remove the rear wiper motor ground screw, the 3 rear wiper motor mounting nuts, and the wiper motor from the hatchback door, and the rear wiper linkage from the rear wiper motor crank arm.
