You need to remove the rear wiper arm, the rear wiper motor, and the liftgate trim panel, then disconnect the rear window defogger connector, use safety glasses and gloves, make a preliminary cut around the perimeter of the rear window, cut as close to edge of the rear window as possible, then cut the window from the pinch-weld flange, lift the liftgate window from the opening, remove the liftgate reveal molding from the edge of the window.

You need to align the 4-way and 2-way wedges on the liftgate trim panel to the wedges on the liftgate, align the liftgate trim panel studs to the holes in the liftgate, align the upper edge of the liftgate trim panel to the top center of the liftgate, install the upper edge of the liftgate trim panel to the top center of the liftgate, push on the liftgate trim panel in the four corners and center to secure the trim panel retainers, then install the liftgate pull strap, finally close the liftgate.
