A:
You need to install the new boot clamp onto the rack and pinion boot, apply grease to the inner tie rod assembly and the rack and pinion gear assembly, install the rack and pinion boot onto the inner tie rod assembly, then install the rack and pinion boot onto the gear assembly until the rack and pinion boot is seated in the gear assembly groove, install the boot clamp on the rack and pinion boot, crimp the boot clamp, pinch the pliers together on the rack and pinion boot to install the tie rod end clamp, then install the hex jam nut to the inner tie rod assembly, finally assemble the outer tie rod assembly.

You need to remove the stabilizer shaft, remove the tie rod ends from the steering knuckles, remove the steering intermediate shaft from the steering gear, then support the frame, remove and discard the frame rear bolts, lower the frame and the powertrain, and remove the power steering gear cooler pipe from the steering gear, remove the power steering gear pressure hose from the power steering gear, remove the power steering gear bolts and nuts, then remove the power steering gear through the vehicle left side wheel opening.
