Q: How to remove the throttle body assembly?
A:
You need to drain the coolant, remove the air intake duct, disconnect the idle air control (IAC) valve electrical connector, disconnect the throttle position (TP) sensor electrical connector, remove the accelerator control cable bracket, disconnect the throttle body coolant bypass hoses, disconnect the heater pipe nut at the throttle body, remove the nuts and bolts holding the throttle body to the intake manifold, remove the throttle body assembly and the old gasket.

A:
You need to install the accelerator cable into the car, connect the accelerator cable through the slot in the accelerator pedal lever, seat the snap retainer in the accelerator pedal lever, connect the accelerator cable to the throttle body lever, connect the accelerator cable to the accelerator cable bracket, inspect and check for complete throttle opening and closing positions by operating the accelerator pedal, and also check for poor carpet fit under the accelerator pedal, finally install the left instrument panel sound insulator.
