A:
You should not use a jack under the oil pan, any sheet metal, or the crankshaft pulley. Due to the small clearance between the oil pan and the oil pump screen, jacking against the oil pan may cause the pan to be bent against the pump screen.

You need to disconnect the battery negative cable, raise the vehicle, remove the engine mount, use a jack on the square tab at the rear of the engine block to raise the engine, remove the bolts, the frame side mount, the bolts for the engine side mount and the engine side mount and the shield.

You need to raise the engine to remove the weight from the mount and to place a slight tension on the rubber cushion, observe both mounts while raising the engine, replace the mount as necessary, lower the engine and tighten the bolts or nuts attaching the mount to the engine, the frame or the bracket.
