You should remove the valve cover, valve springs, and valve seals on the affected cylinder or cylinders. A small wire tie or rubber bands can be placed in the valve stem keeper groove to prevent the valve from falling into the cylinder. You also need to rotate the valve while moving it up and down in the guide to see if it binds, and reassemble the cylinder heads using new valve seals.

You need to send the head out to a machine shop and advise them to increase the valve stem to guide clearance to 0.002 inches per guide or hone the guide with a 9 mm hole until a clearance of 0.002 inches is obtained.

A:
You need to remove the valve rocker arm covers and the spark plugs, install the J 22794 into the spark plug hole, apply compressed air to hold the valves in place, install the valve rocker arm nut, compress the valve spring, remove the valve stem keys, release the valve spring tension, remove the J 5892-D or the J 38606, the valve spring cap and valve spring, and the valve stem oil seal.
