The installation procedure is to connect the electrical connector to the Air Temperature Sensor, install the air temperature sensor into the duct and twist it clockwise to lock it in place, and install the instrument panel end cap.

The removal procedure is to drain the cooling system, remove the fuel injector sight shield, position the J 38185 to remove the Heater Hose clamps, remove the heater hoses from the heater core, then remove the heater hoses from the heater pipe adapters.
