Q: How to install the quick connect Fitting service (metal collar)?
A:
You need to apply a few drops of clean engine oil to the male pipe end, push both sides of the fitting together to cause the retaining tabs to snap into place, once installed, pull on both sides of the fitting to make sure the connection is secure, then install the quick connect fitting retainer.

You need to drain the fuel tank below the level of the Fuel Filler Hose, raise the vehicle, remove the wheelhouse filler pipe opening cover, remove the fuel tank filler pipe ground wire bolt, then remove the fuel filler pipe clamp and the fuel filler pipe.
Q: What is the installation procedure for the fuel injector?
A:
The procedure is to coat all new O-rings with clean engine oil before installing, then install the Fuel Injector lower and upper O-ring, install the fuel injector to the fuel rail, the fuel injector retaining clip, and the fuel rail.
Q: What is the installation procedure for the fuel level sensor?
A:
The procedure is to install the Fuel Level Sensor, and the fuel level sensor retaining clip, connect the fuel level sensor electrical connector, install the fuel level sensor electrical connector retaining clip, connect the fuel pump electrical connector, and install the fuel sender assembly.
