Q: How to remove the oil pan?
A:
You need to drain the engine oil, remove the right engine mount bracket, disconnect the electrical connector from the engine oil level sensor, remove the engine oil level sensor, the torque converter cover, the Oil Pan bolts, the oil pan, the oil pump pipe and screen, the oil pan gasket, next clean the cylinder block mating surfaces, clean and inspect the oil pan.
Q: How to remove the engine oil and oil filter?
A:
You need to lightly oil the replacement Oil Filter gasket with clean oil, install the new oil filter and the engine oil drain plug, fill the engine with new engine oil, then inspect for oil leaks after the engine starts up.
