You need to remove the IP trim panel lower, and the steering column trim covers, disconnect the electrical connector from the automatic shift lock actuator, then remove the automatic shift lock actuator from the steering column ball studs.

A:
The recommended torque is 70 Nm (52 ft. lbs.).
Q: How to remove the input speed sensor?
A:
You need to remove the case side cover, disconnect the transaxle wiring harness, remove the input speed sensor clip and the input speed sensor from the case cover, then inspect the input speed sensor for the following conditions: damaged or missing magnet, damaged housing, bent or missing electrical terminals, or damaged speed sensor clip.
