You need to install the new O-ring seals onto the evaporator tube, connect the evaporator inlet tube and the evaporator inlet tube, install the evaporator outlet tube and the evaporator block fitting bolt, tighten the evaporator tube nut, install the accumulator clip, the vacuum brake booster, the cross vehicle brace, and the air cleaner assembly, evacuate and recharge the A/C system, and Leak test the fittings of the component.

Q: What is the removal procedure for the condenser tube?
A:
You need to recover the refrigerant, remove the air cleaner assembly, the cross vehicle brace, the vacuum brake booster, and the accumulator tube clip, raise and support the vehicle, remove the lower radiator air baffle, loosen the condenser tube nut, disconnect the condenser tube, lower the vehicle, disconnect the A/C refrigerant pressure sensor electrical connector, loosen the evaporator inlet tube nut, disconnect the evaporator tube, and remove the condenser tube, the O-ring and the A/C pressure sensor.
