You need to disable the SIR system, replace the seat trim, the seat back pad, and the seat back frame, remove the seat back cover and the fasteners, note the routing of the inflator module wiring harness and the retaining clip attachments within the driver seat, remove the retaining clips on the inflator module wiring harness, pull the inflator module wiring harness up into the seat back, remove the inflator module and deploy the module before disposal.
