You need to adjust the drum brakes, install the brake drum and the rear tire and the wheel assembly, apply the brakes approximately three times to seat the brake shoes against the drum, and lower the vehicle.

You need to raise and support the vehicle, remove the rear wheels and tires, relieve cable tension, remove the rear drums, set the J21177-A, position the J21177-A over the shoes at the widest point, turn the adjuster strut, install the rear drums and the rear wheels and tires, adjust the park brake cable system, and lower the vehicle.
