You need to disconnect the negative battery cable, remove the spare tire cover, the jack, and the spare tire, remove the rear compartment trim panel, the retaining nuts, and the fuel sender access panel, disconnect the electrical connector from the FTP sensor, and remove the FTP sensor from the fuel sender assembly.

You need to drain the fuel tank, remove the fuel filler cap and the fuel filler pipe screws, raise and support the vehicle, loosen the Fuel Filler Hose clamp at the fuel filler pipe, remove the fuel filler pipe screw and the fuel filler pipe.
Q: How to install the fuel injector sight shield?
A:
You need to remove the tube/oil fill cap from the valve rocker arm cover, insert the tab of the Fuel Injector sight shield, place the hole of the fuel injector sight shield onto the oil fill neck of the valve rocker arm cover, install the tube/oil fill cap into the valve rocker arm cover and twist clockwise to lock the detent on the tube into the notch in the cover.

A:
You need to install the Fuel Level Sensor to the fuel sender assembly and the fuel sender assembly, tighten the fuel filler cap, connect the negative battery cable, and inspect for fuel leaks.
