A:
You need to lubricate the new O-ring seal, install the new O-ring seal onto the neck of the reservoir and the reservoir onto the hydraulic pump assembly, align the feet of the reservoir with the sides of the hydraulic pump housing, and install the new reservoir retaining clips.

Q: What is the disassembly procedure for the power steering reservoir-off vehicle (CB Series)?
A:
You need to place the hydraulic pump, insert a screwdriver into the retaining clip tab, force the retaining clip tab outward, slide the reservoir clip away from the hydraulic pump assembly, remove the second reservoir clip, the reservoir from the hydraulic pump housing, and the O-ring seal from the neck of the reservoir or the hydraulic pump housing, and discard the O-ring seal.
