You need to install a replacement stud, add enough washers to draw the stud into the hub, install the wheel nut, tighten the wheel nut, back off the wheel nut and remove the washers, install the brake rotor, the brake caliper and bracket and the tire and wheel assembly, and lower the vehicle.
