Secure the mounting flange of the brake master cylinder. Remove the master cylinder reservoir cap and diaphragm, the transparent hoses, the fittings with the transparent hoses, and the master cylinder. Then install suitable fittings to the master cylinder ports and transparent hoses.

Inspect the brake fluid and the master cylinder reservoir cap diaphragm and the reservoir-to-master cylinder grommets. Next, Fill the brake master cylinder reservoir to the maximum-fill level with Delco Supreme 11 (GM P/N 12377967) or equivalent DOT-3 brake fluid. Then pressure bleed the hydraulic brake system.
