The recommended torque is 10 N.m (89 lb in).

While the learning procedure is in progress, release the throttle immediately when the engine starts to decelerate. The engine control is returned to the operator and the engine responds to the throttle position after the learning procedure is complete.

You need to turn OFF the ignition, raise the vehicle on a hoist, remove the crankshaft harmonic balancer, then note the routing of the sensor harness before removal, remove the harness retaining clip with the bolt, disconnect the sensor electrical connector, remove the sensor bolts, and remove the sensor.

You should install the bulb into the socket, turn the socket clockwise to install the socket into the lamp, install the lamp to the license pocket, and install the screws lastly.
