You need to assemble the park brake shoe to the actuator, install the park brake shoe and actuator onto the backing plate, position the park brake shoe, actuator, and backing plate over the rear hub, then install the park brake cable bracket and the two retainers, install the rear hub, next connect the rear park brake cable to the bracket at the rear wheel, connect the park brake cable return spring to the park brake actuator and bracket at the rear wheel, and install the rear rotor, the rear caliper bracket, then install the rear tire and wheel assemblies, adjust the park brake system, and lower the vehicle.
